1. Contact and accommodation

5 on Church Self-Catering offers three private rooms and a separate self-catering cottage at 5 Church Street, Baardskeerdersbos, 7271, South Africa. Contact your hosts at info@5onchurch.co.za or +27 60 994 7993 for accommodation questions or a complaint.

Room descriptions explain the sleeping arrangements and the facilities shared with other guests. Please check these details and discuss any access or other specific requirements with us before booking.

2. Making a booking

Check availability opens the official NightsBridge booking page in a new tab. Select your dates, guest numbers and preferred accommodation there. A link from a room page does not preselect or reserve that room.

Viewing this website, sending an enquiry or clicking a booking link does not confirm a reservation. Follow the booking service’s instructions and retain the confirmation and terms issued for your booking. Contact us if a confirmation does not arrive or any detail is incorrect.

3. Prices, payment and cancellations

Current availability, total prices, applicable taxes and fees, guest and child pricing, payment methods, deposits and cancellation conditions are presented during the booking process. This website does not publish live rates or take payments.

Review and save the terms offered for your selected room, dates and rate before completing your reservation. Do not assume all rates carry the same cancellation conditions. For a booking made through another travel platform, review the terms provided with that reservation.

To request a change, cancellation or refund, use the contact or booking-management details in your confirmation, or contact your hosts for assistance. Any cancellation charge or refund remains subject to the agreed terms and applicable consumer law. This page does not impose a separate blanket no-refund policy.

4. Arrival and house rules

• Check-in: 14:00 to 18:00. Please share your expected arrival time in advance and contact us if your plans change.
• Check-out: by 10:00.
• Capacity: up to two guests in each private room and up to two in the separate cottage. Include all adults and children when checking availability.
• Children: declare children and their ages during booking so the correct occupancy and total price can be confirmed.
• House rules: no smoking, pets or parties. Quiet hours are 21:00 to 08:00.

The private rooms use the communal lounge; the cottage has its own kitchenette and living area. For questions about a facility or a rule, contact us before booking.

5. Using the website

Use this site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation. Property descriptions and photographs help you choose accommodation; features may vary by unit, so refer to the room page and your booking details.

Please tell us if you notice an error. External websites, activity information and directions can change; check the relevant provider’s current information when planning a visit. Content and photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights; ask before reusing them commercially.

6. Questions and consumer rights
